I needed a very specific brand of lollipop with a chocolatey center for a short film i'm working on. None of my library crunch fx sounded right, so i chomped into one myself. Just call me mr. Owl. Recorded on an iphone, about an inch from my face. Just a single crunch edited to have a little extra tail. The effect came out as a satisfying crunch with decent low-mid range. Could be pitched down a bit to act as bones, or maybe a small to medium sized tree branch. I may record more of these after i visit the dentist next.

I'm currently working on some musical ideas for a good friend's cartoon series and thought i'd upload this little experiment with an old vinyl of some mozart. I recorded the output of my deck and messed with the speed and pitch, as well reversing the audio and adding some distortion and other effects once it was in my daw. Welcome to the asylum !this creepy sound is the recording sound of laughts that i cut to work with other sound to immerse us in a creepy atmosphere of mental asylum. I transformed the laughs in tears by reducing speed, and a delay to add an effect of inaccuracy. Typologie (cf. P. When i first tested out my zoom h5 i began talking into the mic and then all of a sudden i needed a sneeze. I was about to stop the recording but then thought it would be good to record the sneeze to see how it handled my loudness. Well it coped very well and the recording came out perfect!i then played around with it in audacity and slowed it down -86% which makes me sound like a roaring lion. So i thought i'd upload this slowed down version too!.

This is the unprocessed version of my "sci-fi ambient drone" upload. It's creative commons cc0, so please treat it as public domain. You can use it in any commercial or non-commercial media for free, no restrictions. I took a quick 8-second drum loop from my teenage engineering po-33 (ko) and ran it through a free time-stretching/pitch-shifting program called akaizer. This program is based on old samplers like the akai s1000 that had extremely artifact-heavy time-stretching and pitch-shifting features. If you slow a sound down enough, the final product tends to sound harsh and electric. Akaizer turned my 8-second drum loop into 2 minutes and 38 seconds of harsh, bassy noise, pretty damn close to the final. Enjoy :).

A rather lengthy sound byte that i heavily edited to the point of being unrecognizable. It sustains a flat note with varying bass levels causing an unnerving effect or the listener or player. I had designed this track for a roleplay plot involving a cursed train station, the plot came out kinda rough and it fell through midway. . . But, the audio track i made came out good enough to post here like my first sound involving my transformers oc!. Ostensibly, this is supposed to be a cleaned-up version of the famous radio transmissions recorded by the judica-cordiglia brothers in november of 1963, in which it appears that a female russian cosmonaut perished during a botched atmospheric reentry. What it actually is, is a combination of background sounds and a static-edited recording of a female vocalist (stellarcricket), featured in one of my completed audio projects. (if anyone finds a use for this transmission recording, please do let me know how it was used! i'm curious to see what others can do with it!). Here it is! my first ever submission on freesound! i decided to start this all out with a bang, and post something really cool that i'm proud of making. I'm not sure exactly what this creature was supposed to be. I'll leave that up to your imaginations. How it was made:. Software: fl studio 20. Plugin(s): serum, valhallaroom, ott, fruity parametric eq 2, and fruity delay 2. This was made completely with synthesizers. I used serum for the main synth, made copies of it, and modified each of them to sound unique from the other. I'd try to explain how the synth was made, but there's a lot of stuff. To process it, i used ott to make it sound more powerful and clear, eq to get the frequencies and texture right, delay with a low pass filter to get that outdoors echo feel, and valhalla room for the reverb. A music piece i made in garageband for something called victors crypt. It's basically a melody with rvil children in the back singing it. Parts in the bit is a little disturbing, like they've done soething bad. I imagine them singing and then doing something nasty to someone and continue singing again. Devils children. A groovy & sinister tunei made in garageband for something called victors crypt!. I couldn't sleep so i was playing around with a drumbeat. I kinda liked it so i added staccatto string-chords along with a bass in the same notes. Things start growing and ended up something groovy with a spooky touch. Could be useful in anything dark, eerie, spooky, creepy, scary, horrific,mysterious, crime-ish, thrilling or whatever comes to mind.
